really depends on the uni and program u applying to.
say Umich LSA shouldnt be a problem.
however u should at least try 3-5 uni. its already Dec and admission deadline is coming up.

They are important, but not the only factor that admissions officers look at.

If you have good co-curricular achievements and test scores, I don't think slightly lower grades should deter you from applying to the better schools in the top ten/twenty.
