Yes, it is possible to apply for NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine as the requisite grade profile is based on 3H2 and 1H1 subject (refer

If you are applying to UK med schools, the requirement is AAA for 3 'A' level H2 subjects.
If you are thinking of applying to NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, you will need to have the BMAT (BioMedical Admissions Test) score as well. I recommend this BMAT course coming up in Sep which is good:
