I got my second choice in NBS liao. They mentioned that I'm on the waiting list in the letter, but I guess the chance is close to nothing. Good luck guys. No news is good news.

Oh man... Did LKCSoM send you a letter to tell you about the waiting list or was it just mentioned together with your acceptance letter for NBS?

It came in the same envelope but I received two pieces, one informing me about being on the waiting list, another one congratulating me for securing a place in NBS.

Check your letter box and joint acceptance portal!

Hmm I'd like to see the BMAT scores for people who received offers... I suspect this will be the main distinguishing factor given that the interview performance seemed relatively homogenous... Everyone I've spoken to seems to have breezed through MMI.

Any examples to the contrary?

IIRC, once you have been shortlisted, the only thing that matters is your MMI performance. Correct me if I am wrong.

Haha I've not received any news at all too and I have no 2nd choice in NTU too. So will NTU send a letter stating your are on the waiting list/rejected or that you must be successfully accepted into another course in NTU before they send the same letter to you in the envelope?

Oh yeah, my friend who got accepted has a BMAT score of 6/5.2/3 A

Hmm how did you come to that conclusion? If you refer to the article "choosing dr right" in the latest newsletter it is mentioned by ms choe(?) that mmi performance will be considered alongside your bmat and referrals. Anyone got evidence to the contrary?

@raynian well that's comforting, your friend's score is decent but not out of this world. Maybe I still stand a chance haha.

I agree with you too. the BMAT score seems to have a higher weightage than even the A lvl grades or its equivalent...
