NAHHH, none of them are applying to UK, or overseas for that matter.

Sigh, its such a big decision to make!

Default Law offers

Hey guys,

I am currently in my first year of NS. So I will be applying for entry in year 2015. So I wanted to ask the others who may have had a similar predicament. Did you click on the option to defer in your UCAS application or did you defer after receiving an offer ( thereby not selecting on the defer option in the UCAS application) ? Does this affect your chances?

Another thing, those who were offered place in Oxford, lse, ucl and kings, what were your h2 grades and your LNAT score (where applicable) like?

Thanks!

Choose the defer option. If you get an offer for entry that year and then request to defer, the universities may choose not to grant you deferment since you didn't specify you need a deferred offer from the start. Generally, deferred offers tend to be harder to get because unis need to be assured that you'll still be deserving of an offer in the next cycle, but they're not unheard of either.

I got into some of the schools you listed back in the 2010/ 2011 UCAS cycle. I had 4 H2 As but my offers only required 3 (I think Kings asks for 4 though?) My LNAT score was 26 I think (bearing in mind that the average has gone up over the years - in my year, it was something like 17/18 out of 42 but it's 20+ now I think)
