Hi, how does the scholarship selection process go about and how are the interviews like? Are there any so-called 'standard questions' that the interviewers like to ask?

Hi Ben, various companies have their own requirements and their questions will be steered towards those. You may research more on the company (in this case, ST Engineering) on their objectives and what they are looking for, so you can craft your answers towards that.

Alternatively, you can visit JobsCentral's community page. We have various articles on how to ace interviews, including a page specially for scholarships at: http://community.jobscentral.com.sg/taxonomy/term/5

Hope this helps! All the best for your scholarship applications!

Have anyone went for the first round of interview?
Is anyone kind enough to share her/his experience with me?

I just had my interview. be prepared for physics/math questions. I had an econs question because i was offered a ddp in aerospace and econs. On top of that, be ready to defend why you chose whatever course you chose. Read up alot about that. the questions are different from each interview, so I can't really help you by telling you the questions. Good luck!

Ya, I just had my interview also. I have a physics question about the stability of the car when it is turning
I think I have shown great self-awareness for the other questions.

Congrats! Your interview sounds like it went great! Just curious, which engineering did you choose and why did you choose it?
