Default Does the type of work experience matter for uni application?

Hi, I plan to apply for SIT's allied healthcare courses and I was wondering if the type of work experience I have affect my application (as I would be taking up part time jobs)?

For eg., would a clinic assistant job make my application look more outstanding as compared to a F&B service crew job? Would it even be considered as experience in the healthcare industry?

Do let me know what you guys think! Thank you
