Is it important to have good CCA record to apply for scholarships? What if have good A level results but CCA not that outstanding, any chance to apply?

Just apply. The first bout of filter is often results. Having a good CCA record will help you to provide a competitive edge towards your peers applying for the same scholarship. However, most scholarship providers will do an holistic assessment of the potential candidates, not just results and CCA record. For male applicants, NS record will count towards the scholarship application too. Others include achievement, community involvement etc. Hope this helps. All the best!

In accordance with Citizenship and Immigration Canada regulations, you must prove you have enough money to meet your financial needs while studying in Canada before beginning your studies. So, if you’re going to pursue a scholarship to help finance your education, start researching opportunities early.
