Default Are registered nurse paid overtime?

My wife wants to go into nursing (mid-career change) and is deciding between the registered and enrolled nurse course sponsored by WDA.

Anyone here is in nursing? Do you think it's better to become an enrolled or registered nurse?

Also, is it true that registered nurse don't get overtime pay and need to work very long hours on a fixed pay?

Thank you very much.
