Default 2nd degree in medicine overseas

Hi
I am currently a nursing student in NUS. After finishing my nursing degree, i would like to go overseas to get a medicine degree, in countries like Australia, US,or UK. Does anyone know of anyone in the same situation and does anyone have an estimate of what such education will cost?
Would a bank loan me the money for this education?
Thanks a lot!(:

how much are you looking to cover?
U can get ppl to sign for you?

maybank max loan is at sgd$150k, rhb is at $100k.
u may have to take a few loan to cover the entire amount.
US and Canada graduate path is hard, they only take a handful of international students each yr. Some Uni don't even admit international students.

your best bet is UK/Aussie. UK maybe cheaper today. you have to do some research.

Please comb thru the list.

most of the bank is only 6-8 times ur monthly wage. so if ur parents wage per month about 5k maximum u can borrow is 30~40k... not enough for your 3 year education. unless u have someone with 10k.month salary. so u can loan 80k and yeat not enought.... lawl if u have someone with 10k a month salary might as well loan from them directly and most probably have hidden debt if he/she is your family member...

banks do let 4-6ppl to sign, so get 4 ppl that makes 5k each, thats 120k easy.
get them to sign at multiple banks say 4 banks to come up with 400k.

it varies from uni to uni.
say wales, they do not offer grad path. u need to do the 5yr undergrad program.
and u have to take a UKCAT

here are a list that do accept grad entry, still 4yrs.

alot of banks let U do that.
U just have to ask, as if U don't pay they go after the guarantors!

if its a overseas edu loan, applicant may make $0 or $3K, as soon as he/she leave he/she is down to zero. usually guarantor is needed, if U don't pay and choose to get PR overseas and never return. U just rob the bank of alot of money.
