I'm not saying that you shld do BSc in Pure Maths, but rather BSc Maths alone. Even in mathematical finance courses you will learn what's Cauchy Sequence, for example, which is in pure maths. General maths in the first and second year gives you a much better background. BSc Pure Maths is not very useful.
I don't think there are university courses offered by NUS that are catered strictly for Pure Math then, judging from your definition. (i.e I'm inferring from your post that BSc Mathematics courses offer more than just pure math).

EDIT: (P.S I apologize if it is tedious to scroll and browse that many websites to extract information from the links; just thought it might be useful)
