Default NUS B.Soc.Sc (Econs) Vs SMU B.Sc (Econs)

Hi guys! I am really confused by the type of degree NUS and SMU offer for economics. NUS offers Bachelor of Social Science (Econs) while SMU offers Bachelor of Science (Econs). I have a few burning questions:

1. Is there any difference between these two types of degree?

2.Will B.Soc.Sc be considered inferior to B.Sc?

3.Is the mathematical emphasis the same for both courses or will there be more emphasis on math in SMU B.Sc as compared to NUS B.Soc.Sc?

4. Which type of degree/university will be a better option if I'm planning to go for graduate schools in UK/US?

I just have a feeling that Bachelor of Social Science is more "artsy" like Bachelor of Arts.. I would really appreciate if someone can enlighten me pls pls

Moving away from pharm?

Qns: 1 and 3 essential same thing. U can compare and contrast when u dig into the program individual course descriptions.

Qns 2: no, the title of don't matter it's what u have learn

Qns 4: higher degree don't matter. Going to exchange and meeting prof or doing undergrad research helps if u plan on going to phd. Masters level and u don't plan to do the extra mile dont matter
