1) Borderline grades (AAB/B and below).
2) Low GP or PW grade (Okay, the use of the word 'low' here might be derogatory, it's not actually low per se, but relative to the other successful applicants)
3) C5 and below for 'O' Level English.

There are already people this year who got accepted without the interview straight.
hmm. i don't fall into these 3 categories... and still no news from them yet =( nvm shall keep my fingers crossed.

No, not all have to go for interview. I have been accepted w/o interviews.

I think you'll find a fair amount of 'cheena' communities in the three universities . (Not sure if this statement sounds derogatory or anything, just pointing it out ).

I personally think that generalizations like that must have a basis for people to claim them - in this case, it is probably because of the profile of the applicants applying to NTU.

While there is no concrete evidence that there are more NTU applicants that use Chinese as their native language, my own experience coming from a polytechnic education has led to my observations that polytechnic graduates are normally more mother tongue-inclined in everyday conversational usage; ergo, if NTU is more popular with diploma graduates, it is natural that a fair portion of the applicants would have inherited the same type of traits.

This is, purely however, based on my conjectures and observations; I have no way to come up with the proof or statistics to back up my observations in this case .

Hi guys!

I think you may want to check with NTU regarding your application to double degree in biz/acc. I had received the letter of offer for double degee in biz/acc from NTU few days ago (can't remember the date stated in the letter).

I had gone for the interview as well.

oh no i'm getting worried... i don't believe they rejected me since i met their academic criteria. if i didn't predict wrongly that is, i should be called up for interview. but so far no news =(
