Actually i applied to 4 of the Universities there. I'm not sure about UMelb's style of teaching but to some extent, theres a difference between the other Universities there in terms of their med education . I guess you would have to find out which one of them would suit your way of learning, according to your way of life, and how you would want to be groomed as a doctor. Of course, I would say what kind of doctor you turn out as would mostly be determined by you as an individual and not entirely on the univerisity.

Just my two cents worth. (^(00)^) So far, my only full offer is from UNSW. I'm still in the process of learning more about the univeristies that are offering med there. Would be glad if anyone could share their opinion too :P

Yep, mostly phone interview for international students. They normally offer you a place one week after the interview.

Hey crunch, have you heard from them since? My ISAT percentile is around yours, have been offered an interview likewise but i'm not sure if i should fly all the way down to melb just for this interview considering my chances of getting accepted aren't high with such an ISAT percentile.
